Vertebral Body Augmentation System

TRIPOD-FIX Vertebral Body Augmentation System is designed for the treatment of vertebral compression fractures (VCFs), and it is intended to be used with polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) bone cement for percataneous vertebral augmentation.

The system consists of an implantable expandion stant and associated surgical instruments. The stent is inserted into the collapsed vertebral body, by following transpedicular approach and expanded mechanically to restore the anatomical height. Three-dimension expansion machanism provides the solid support of vertebral height restoration.

Indication

TRIPOD-FIX

TRIPOD-FIX Vertebral Body Augmentation System is indicated for use in the reduction of painful osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures. It is intended to be used in combination with polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) bone cement during percutaneous vertebral augmentation surgery.
